RESEARCH ON OPTIMIZATION METHOD OF PRIMARY FREQUENCY REGULATION CONFIGURATION OF WIND-STORAGE SYSTEM CONSIDERING DISCHARGE LOSS OF ENERGY STORAGE

摘要: 以风储联合参与一次调频为背景,以风储联合系统调频收益最大化为目标,提出一种考虑季节性出力差异和储能不同荷电状态放电折损模型的容量配置方法。其次,根据调频特性和放电折损模型提出一种合理可靠的储能始末平衡充电方法。最后采用粒子群算法求解问题,分析储能变寿命模型下陆上季节性出力差异以及不同储能容量、下限对储能配置的影响。结果表明:所提方法能延长储能使用价值,有效提高风储全天候调频能力和收益。

Abstract: Based on the background of wind-storage joint participation in primary frequency regulation and the goal of maximizing the benefits of wind-storage joint system frequency regulation, this paper proposes a capacity allocation method that takes into account the seasonal difference output and the discharge loss model of energy storage at different states of charge. Secondly, according to the frequency regulation characteristics and the discharge loss model, a reasonable and reliable energy storage charging method is proposed. Finally, the particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the problem, and the difference of seasonal output on land under the variable life model of energy storage in this paper and the influence of different energy storage capacity and lower limit on energy storage configuration are analyzed. The research results show that the method proposed in this paper can prolong the use value of energy storage, and effectively improve the all-weather frequency regulation ability and income of wind-storage.
