聚光型光伏系统光电耦合性能研究

STUDY ON PHOTOELECTRIC COUPLING PERFORMANCE OF CONCENTRATING PHOTOVOLTAIC SYSTEM

摘要: 针对复合抛物面聚光型光伏(PV-CPC)系统,建立光电耦合模型,模拟不同聚光比下光伏阵列表面太阳辐照度分布规律,并比较3种不同网格电路模型的适用性和准确性。结果表明:采用离散网格照度方法模拟精度最高,同时聚光型光伏系统在提升发电功率的同时也导致一定效率损失。当聚光比增大时,光伏阵列表面辐照度值及不均匀性增大,最佳聚光面处的照度分布均匀性优于CPC出口处;光伏阵列的发电功率和效率与太阳总辐照度呈正相关、散射比呈负相关关系。

Abstract: In the present study, a photoelectric coupling model is established for the photovoltaic system with compound parabolic concentrator (PV-CPC), and the solar irradiance distribution on the surface of PV arrays under different concentrating ratios is simulated. In addition, the applicability and accuracy of three different grid circuit models are compared. The results show that the discrete grid illumination method owns the highest accuracy. The PV-CPC system improves the electricity power generation but decreases the power generation efficiency to some degree. When the concentration ratio increases, the average irradiance value and non-uniformity on the surface of PV arrays increase, and the irradiance uniformity at the best focus position is superior to the outlet position of CPC. The electricity power generation and efficiency of the PV arrays are positively correlated with the total solar irradiance and negatively correlated with the scattering ratio.
