针对太阳电池静态模型与实际运行偏差较大,尤其是局部遮挡下均匀光照下的太阳电池模型难以适应新场景的问题,研究阴影变化下的太阳电池建模。首先,分析太阳电池的正向、反向、动态特性和小面积阴影时的内部情况,建立局部阴影下包含正、反向特性的动态模型。然后,研究阴影变化下光伏组件模型,比较模型仿真结果与实验结果,验证所建模型的准确性。最后,利用电池仿真模型,分析环境变化时电池动态参数和输出电流的变化规律。结果表明,所建模型可用于阴影变化下太阳电池动态特性仿真与动态参数分析。
Abstract
To propose the problems of significant deviations between the static model and actual operation of solar cells, especially under local occlusion, so that solar cell models under uniform lighting are difficult to adapt to new scenarios. the solar cell modeling under the shadow change was studied. Firstly, the forward, reverse, and dynamic characteristics of normal solar cells were analyzed, as well as the internal situaction of the solar cell in a small area shadow. A dynamic model of solar cells containing forward and reverse characteristics under local shading was established. Then, the PV module model under shadow change was studied. To verify the accuracy of the model, the simulation results were compared with the experimental results. Finally, the simulation model was used to analyze the change rule of dynamic parameters and transient output current when the environment changes. The results show that the model established in this paper can be used to analyze the dynamic performance and dynamic parameters of solar cell under shadow change.
