研究一种新型无变压器双模式电压源逆变器(VSI);其中共地型结构短路寄生电容,理论上可完全消除漏电流。该逆变器由升降压开关(SBB)模块和LC滤波网络集成,且输出波形具有良好的对称性。所提拓扑具备宽输入电压范围内满足并网电压增益、结构紧凑、调制策略简单等特点 。同时,SBB模块可实现软充电,电流应力控制在允许范围内。详细介绍了逆变器的结构特点、工作原理,并设计了闭环控制单元。最后研究结果表明所提VSI的可行性和良好性能。
Abstract
Research a novel transformerless dual-mode voltage source inverter(VSI)in which the common ground structure short-circuits the parasitic capacitance and theoretically completely eliminates leakage currents. The inverter consists of a switching-boost-buck(SBB)module integrated with an LC filter network and has a good symmetry of the output waveform. The proposed topology features a wide input voltage range to meet the grid voltage gain, a compact structure, and a simple modulation strategy. Meanwhile, the SBB module allows for soft charging and current stress control within the permissible range. The structural characteristics and operating principle of the inverter are described in detail, a closed-loop controller is designed. The final study results show the feasibility and good performance of the proposed VSI.
