针对风电叶片全尺寸结构试验方法,首先分析试验过程中所需测量物理量的不确定度因素来源;其次利用GUM法建立不确定度数学模型,然后评定各部分输入量的标准不确定度;最后分析得到叶片结构试验各测试物理量的合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度,从而建立风电叶片试验不确定度的系统评价方法。
Abstract
Aiming at the full-scale structural testing method of wind turbine blades, firstly, analyze the source of uncertainty factors of the physical quantities required to be measured in the test process. Secondly, establish the mathematical model of uncertainty by the GUM method. Finally, evaluate the standard uncertainty of each part of the factors to calculate the combined standard uncertainty and extended standard uncertainty and thus establish a systematic evaluation method for the uncertainty of wind turbines blades structural testing.
