摘要

针对频率动态过程中的快速恢复需求,提出一种基于改进惯性响应的混合储能一次调频控制策略。首先,研究电网频率调节的响应特性,对调频的动态过程进行定量分析,揭示惯量特性对频率动态变化性能的影响。其次,从频率恶化和恢复两个不同阶段的需求出发,提出基于不同调频阶段需求的下垂变惯性综合控制方法提升系统的频率动态性能,并从系统稳定性及储能安全运行两个方面给出下垂系数及惯性系数的整定方法。进一步地,给出混合储能功率容量的配置方法。最后,结合不同净功率波动工况进行仿真验证,并根据不同类型混合储能方案进行容量配置比较。结果表明,所提控制策略可有效提升储能的调频控制效果,减小频率越限的可能性,增强系统频率运行的稳定裕量,有一定的技术经济实用价值。

Abstract

To meet the fast recovery demand in frequency dynamics, a comprehensive primary frequency regulation strategy is proposed for hybrid energy storage, which fully considers the requirements of different frequency regulation stages. Firstly, the response characteristics of power grid frequency regulation are studied, the dynamic process of frequency regulation is quantitatively analyzed, and the influence of inertia coefficient on the dynamic performance of frequency change is revealed. Secondly, based on the different needs of frequency deterioration and recovery stages, the droop and variable inertia integrated control strategy is proposed based on the needs of different frequency regulation stages to improve the frequency dynamic performance of the system, and the determination methods of coefficients are given from two aspects of system stability and energy storage safe operation. Furthermore, the configuration method of hybrid energy storage capacity is given. Finally, the frequency regulation model of typical regional power grid is built, based on which the simulation is carried out with different power fluctuation conditions, and the capacity configuration is compared with different types of energy storage combinations. The results show that the proposed control strategy can effectively improve the frequency regulation effects of the energy storage, reduce the possibility of frequency exceeding the limit, enhance the stability margin of the system frequency operation, and features good operational economy, so it has certain technical and economic practical value.
