Abstract

Photovoltaic tiles can be directly used as a building material while generating electricity. Flexible photovoltaic tiles based on thin-film solar cells have the characteristics of light weight and flexibility, but have the problems of lower conversion efficiency and shorter lifetime. In this paper, a new type of lamination process based on curing furnace and air pressure autoclave is realized. After solving the process problems of bubbles and de-lamination during the lamination process, flexible photovoltaic tiles based on the efficiency of crystalline silicon cells are prepared.
