Abstract

Meteorological elements were introduced to modify the decomposition model in this paper. A multi-meteorological element-modified model based on sunshine duration, temperature, and relative humidity was proposed for the C.P.R model. Based on the measured data of Xi’an from 2015.10.1-2017.7.31, the errors of the C.P.R model and modified model were compared on three types of weather. The results show that error indicators of the multi-meteorological element modified model are lower than those of the unmodified model, especially for cloudy weather, PRMSE can reduce by 2% on average. The multi-meteorological element-modified C.P.R model, taking the current situation of meteorological and radiation measured data into account, can provide a methodological reference for calculating the hourly global radiationon the horizontal plane for other regions.
