Abstract

The large-scale distributed generation such as distributed photovoltaic and wind power integration and the rapid development of power cyber and physical system(CPS) bring incalculable influence on the operation and dispatch of power system. Aiming at the problem of improving the reliability of power supply in emergency state, this paper puts forward a load transfer method oriented to the integration of transmission and distribution networks. Firstly, the distributed generation model is established considering the characteristics of photovoltaic and wind power. Secondly, the load is classified according to the importance of the load, and the recovery rate of the load is calculated by taking the communication delay into account. Then, taking load shedding and network loss as objective functions and considering network constraints, genetic algorithm is constructed to optimize the objective function. Finally, verification is carried out on the power CPS co-simulation platform, the results show that the proposed method is closer to the actual operating conditions and has a better load recovery effect, thus reducing socio-economic losses.
