OPTIMAL SUPPLY RESTORATION METHOD FOR ACTIVE DISTRIBUTION NETWORK CONSIDERING VOLTAGE REGULATION EQUIPMENT AND MICROGRID

Abstract

On the one hand, in order to improve the power supply reliability of the isolated operation mode during the active distribution network power supply restoration process, and on the other hand, in order to fully coordinate the voltage regulators and network reconfiguration to improve power quality, this paper comprehensively considers the roles of voltage regulators, microgrids, and network reconfiguration, and establishes an active distribution network power supply restoration model based on mixed integer linear programming （MILP） model. This model takes the total cost composed of the action cost of switch operation, the adjustment cost of voltage regulators, and the loss of load cost as the goal, and takes linearized power flow constraints, DG model, ZIP load model, voltage regulators model, and other constraints as constraints to establish a MILP model for active distribution network power supply restoration optimization. The simulation results of the 53 bus distribution system verify the improvement effect of voltage regulators control and microgrids on power supply restoration in the distribution network.
