采用常规热处理法、微波烘焙法和化学处理(碱、酸)结合微波烘焙法对棉秆在200 ℃下进行烘焙预处理改性,并通过红外光谱和X射线衍射对预处理样品进行结构上的表征,然后通过热重-红外光谱(TG-FTIR)和热裂解-气相色谱质谱法(Py-GC/MS)对预处理改性过后样品的热解特性进行进一步分析。研究证明预处理方案都可改良棉秆结构、优化棉秆热解特性,微波烘焙效果优于常规烘焙,且在微波烘焙的基础上结合碱、酸处理可进一步优化其热解特性。
Abstract
Conventional thermal treatment, microwave baking method and chemical treatment(alkali and acid) combined with microwave baking method are used to bake and modify cotton stalks at 200 ℃, and their structures are characterized by FTIR and XRD. Then the pyrolysis characteristics of the modified samples are further analyzed by TG-FTIR and PY-GC/MS. The results show that the pretreatment schemes optimize the structure of cotton pole and improve the pyrolysis characteristics. The effect of microwave baking is better than that of conventional baking, and the reaction characteristics can be further regulated based on microwave baking combined with alkali and acid treatment.
