地热井在不同注水和出水条件下热采效率优化研究

STUDY ON OPTIMIZATION OF THERMAL RECOVERY EFFICIENCY OF GEOTHERMAL WELLS UNDER DIFFERENT WATER INJECTION AND WATER OUTPUT CONDITIONS

摘要: 基于地热开采概念模型,采用3DEC程序计算分析不同注水和出水的三口地热井对岩体温度场、地热井温度场,及地热井出口水温影响的规律。结果表明:1)中部为注水井或生产井,边缘为生产井或注水井,模型达到稳态时生产井出口水温最低,且几乎相同;2)由于邻近两口生产井抽取水流过程中通过之间的岩体发生热量叠加效应,使其出口水温大幅提升,此时生产井出口水温最高, 同时模型达到稳态所需的时间最长;3)当两口邻近注水井,生产井水流速增大1倍时,其水流传热量增多致其出口水温有所提升,同时模型达到稳态所需的时间最短;4)根据生产井出口水温由高到低,模型优化顺序为两口邻近生产井>两口邻近注水井>两口间隔生产井=两口间隔注水井。

Abstract: Based on the conceptual model of the geothermal exploitation, a 3DEC program is used to calculate and analyze the influence of the three geothermal wells with different water injection and outlet on the temperature field of the rock mass, and geothermal wells and the water temperature of geothermal well outlet. The results show that: 1)the outlet water temperature of production wells is the lowest and approximately same under a steady-state with the layout of wells presenting that the centered injection well (production well) and the peripheral production well (injection well) in numerical model; 2)due to the heat superposition effect in rock mass during the process of water extraction from two adjacent production wells, the outlet water temperature increased greatly. In this situation,the outlet water temperature of production wells is the highest,and it takes the longest time to reach a steady state;3)When the water flow rate of the production well and two adjacent water injection wells doubled, the outlet water temperature will increase due to the increasing water heat transfer, and the time required to reach a steady state is the fastest;4)According to the outlet water temperature of the production wells from high to low, the optimized order of the model is 2 adjacent production wells >2 adjacent water injection wells > 2 spaced production wells=2 spaced water injection wells.
