摘要

提出一种基于光伏逆变器噪声源阻抗提取的EMI滤波器的高效设计方法,建立EMI滤波器的二端口网络等效模型并分析噪声源阻抗对滤波器插入损耗的影响,利用单电感/单电容插入损耗法获取光伏逆变器共模/差模噪声源阻抗的边界,并由转折频率分别给出光伏逆变器的交流侧、直流侧EMI滤波参数设计等式。最后对20 kW光伏逆变器的噪声源阻抗进行提取,并接入所设计的EMI滤波器,对插入损耗进行仿真测量,验证所设计EMI滤波器可有效抑制噪声干扰,从而显著提升系统的电磁兼容性。

Abstract

An efficient design method of EMI filter based on the extracted noise source impedance extraction for photovoltaic inverter is proposed. A two-port network equivalent model of the EMI filter is established and the influence of noise source impedance on the insertion loss of the filter is analyzed. The boundary of common mode/differential mode noise source impedance of the photovoltaic inverter is obtained by the single inductance/single capacitance insertion loss method, and the design equations of EMI filter parameters on both AC side and DC side of the photovoltaic inverter are given by turning frequency. Finally, the noise source impedance of the 20 kW photovoltaic inverter is extracted and incorporated into the designed EMI filter. The insertion loss is simulated and measured, which verifies that the designed EMI filter can effectively suppress noise interference, thereby significantly improving the electromagnetic compatibility of the system.
