摘要

为提高ADN运行的经济性和稳定性,提出考虑需求侧响应的储能优化配置方法。首先,考虑主动配电网（ADN）中的负荷特性,将负荷划分为工业、商业、居民负荷,以最小化用户购电成本和负荷峰谷差为目标,对3种负荷分别制定最优分时电价进行需求响应。其次,构建储能优化配置的双层模型,上层模型考虑ADN的投资成本,对储能进行选址定容;下层模型考虑ADN的日运行成本,对储能制定日充放电策略。通过仿真验证,分别在考虑需求响应和不考虑需求响应的场景下配置储能,对比ADN的电压波动、网络损耗以及经济性,从而验证所提配置方案的有效性。

Abstract

In order to improve the economic efficiency and stability of active distribution networks （ADN） operations. An optimal allocation method of energy storage considering demand side response is proposed. Firstly, considering the load characteristics in ADNs, loads are categorized into industrial, commercial and residential types. Optimal time of-use tariffs are formulated for each of the three types of loads for demand response with the objective of minimizing the cost of power purchased by the users and the peak-to-valley difference of the loads. Secondly, a two-layer model is constructed for the optimal allocation of energy storage. The upper layer takes into account the investment cost of ADN, and selects the location and capacity of energy storage, while the lower layer takes into account the daily operation costs of ADN, and formulates the daily charging and discharging strategy for energy storage. Simulations are conducted to configure energy storage is configured under scenarios with and without demand response. The voltage fluctuation, network loss, and economy of ADN are compared, so as to validate the effectiveness of the proposed configuration scheme.
